La Meroma

Mezcal and Amaro pair perfectly in this delicious summertime cocktail.

  • 1.5 oz - Certo Downstate Classic

  • 1.5 oz - Mezcal

  • 2 oz - Guava juice

  • 1/2 oz - Fresh lime juice

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Transfer to a glass with a salted rim. Garnish with a lime wedge. If you can’t find guave juice, mango or pineapple juice work equally well.
