Meadowsweet is a delicate & complex floral amaro first released in November 2026.
Working in partnership with small farmers in Upstate New York, we pair elderflower and chamomile with the gentle earthiness of sage and hyssop to capture the feeling of a meadow in bloom.

Taste: Pleasant top-notes of elderflower & chamomile with grounding undertones of sage.
Finish: Punctuated by a subtle yet complex kick of cardamom, orris root, and citrus.

Made with 14 herbs and botanicals including star anise, lemon balm, and angelica root, this handcrafted spirit is complex and peppery with a balanced bittersweet finish.
